This blog focuses on entries made under the user name @Musketeer_Athos on Twitter and is loosely based on the characterisation of Alexandre Dumas’ characters in his book “The Three Musketeers” and the BBC Television show “The Musketeers”. It is a combination of the BBC’s interpretation and our creative ideas and not meant to be a copy of either the show or Dumas’ books.

In our later Story Lines  we  jumped several years and feature stories around Raoul and Rene, son and adopted son of Athos and Ninon (@Exquisite_Wren). It is a time of war against the Spanish towards the end of the 30 Years War. Dates and events are deliberately vague as this is historical fiction and based on our own imaginations.
